Built in 1957, Green Tree is a fantastic example of Houston’s contribution to mid-century, residential architecture. The 3-bedroom Tanglewood ranch was purchased just for this reason. The homeowners are avid travelers, art lovers, and collectors of mid-century furnishings, many of which were re-upholstered for this home. From the Poggenpohl kitchen to the Ann Sacks tile, high-end finishes define the overall look of the home.

Upon entry, new terrazzo flooring honors the home's history. The clients spared no expense to achieve the mid-century style they hoped for.
The home is careful not to seem like a time capsule, and instead exudes timeless style with handsome woodwork and vibrant textiles.
