Built in 1995, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom residence located in Aspen Snowmass features exceptional views of the Continental Divide. While the location is prime, the home itself lacked functionality for a family of four. Having never been updated, the Mountain Lane residence underwent its first renovation by our team, including a complete interior and exterior transformation.
To create a mountain modern retreat, we added a 400 sq. ft. addition and took the home down-to-the-studs to create a functional layout for the young family.
